About The Position
City Auto Murfreesboro is hiring an Automotive Product Specialist for a brand-new boutique showroom at Tanger Outlets Nashville in Antioch, TN. This role offers full-time and part-time schedules in a modern, high-energy retail environment focused on education rather than pressure. It's designed to be a relaxed, no-negotiation, no-commission customer experience, unlike traditional dealership roles. The specialist will earn $15–$18 per hour based on experience, plus performance-based incentives like bonuses for setting qualified dealership test-drive appointments and for referred guest purchases. The company culture emphasizes honesty, high-quality vehicles, and a customer-centric, collaborative atmosphere. They are closed on Sundays and provide complimentary breakfast and lunch on Saturdays.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests as they enter the showroom.
- Guide guests through the Mitsubishi Outlander and Outlander PHEV.
- Demonstrate advanced features and design elements.
- Answer questions with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure every visitor feels informed and comfortable.
- Maintain the showroom's polished presentation.
- Gather valuable feedback.
- Seamlessly coordinate dealership test-drive appointments.
- Deliver a premium, boutique-style experience.
