Automotive Product Specialist
About The Position
This role offers the opportunity to earn $80,000+ per year with excellent work-life balance. No prior automotive experience is necessary, as comprehensive training and advanced sales processes are provided. The company has successfully transitioned professionals from various backgrounds, including retail sales, cell phone sales, restaurant service, bartending, car rental, and direct sales, into successful automotive salespeople. The position involves becoming a brand and product expert, assisting guests with vehicle selection through effective questioning and listening, performing tailored vehicle presentations and demonstrations, and building long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business. Teamwork and supporting colleagues are also key aspects of the role.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable and savvy with technology, including Google Suite and video communication software
- Enthusiastic personality with high energy, eager to meet new people and challenges
- A growth mindset and a belief that failures are nothing more than learning opportunities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Possess a valid driver's license

- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Become a brand and product expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product recommendations
- Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Perform a professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles tailored around your guests wants and needs
- Develop lifelong relationships with customers and earn their repeat and referral business
- Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success
