We’re looking for someone to deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping clients understand and enjoy their new vehicle. This is not your typical dealership job. This role involves working with the latest automotive technology and offers growth opportunities into sales or management.
Requirements
- Tech-savvy (Apple, smartphones, apps, etc.)
- Great personality and communication skills
- Patient and good at teaching others
Nice To Haves
- Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Walk customers through their new vehicle features (Bluetooth, navigation, safety tech, apps)
- Create a fun, stress-free delivery experience
- Follow up to ensure customers feel confident using their vehicle
- Be the “go-to” expert for vehicle technology
