Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule including occasional Saturdays
Comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout a shift
Positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Welcome customers upon arrival and create a positive first impression through attentive, professional service
Manage valet parking and vehicle staging throughout the dealership lot
Transport customer vehicles to and from their homes as needed
Respond to guest questions about vehicle service, sales, and dealership amenities in person, by phone, and by email
Assist with dealership deliveries, errands, and general operational tasks as assigned
Keep the lot, service drive, and guest-facing areas clean, organized, and inviting
Operate dealership mobile and communication software accurately
Uphold all dealership policies and safety standards at all times
