Automotive Porter Technician
About The Position
Pro-MotionPix is seeking a reliable, part-time Automotive Inventory Technician / Photographer to visit local dealerships and update their vehicle inventory for online shoppers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and have a structured schedule. While no professional photography experience is required as paid training is provided, the job involves using a company-issued iPhone to capture vehicle photos, videos, and 360° spins. It is a structured, process-driven field job where reliability, efficiency, communication, and attention to detail are crucial. The position involves following an assigned route, capturing vehicle data, locating vehicles and keys, staging vehicles, communicating with dealership staff, adhering to quality standards, and completing the route efficiently while representing Pro-MotionPix professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred.
- Experience in automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar physical work preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, mobile apps, and company technology.
- Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities
- Follow an assigned route and visit scheduled dealership locations.
- Capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.
- Locate vehicles, keys, and dealership contacts to complete daily assignments.
- Move and stage vehicles in designated areas on dealership lots.
- Communicate directly with dealership staff regarding missing vehicles, keys, or inventory issues.
- Follow established processes and quality standards for every vehicle.
- Complete your assigned route efficiently and stay on schedule.
- Work independently while representing Pro-MotionPix professionally.
