About The Position
This is a Field Service Representative role focused on Automotive Photography, specifically for vehicle merchandising for dealership clients. It is not a creative photography role; instead, it requires following a structured, repeatable process with specific photo angles, sequence, framing, zoom levels, and quality standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. The position involves working independently, following detailed instructions, producing consistent results, and being comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work. The current route covers two high-volume dealerships located next to each other in Fort Myers, FL, requiring minimal driving between stops (approximately 1 mile per week).
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (respond to text messages within 1 hour).
- Ability to maintain quality of work in an independent environment.
- Ability to be on your feet and enter/exit vehicles with ease.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and established processes.
- Ability to produce consistent results from vehicle to vehicle.
- Attention to small details.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Willingness to accept coaching and apply feedback.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven work.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with weddings, portraits, sports, real estate, or other types of photography is welcome, but professional photography experience is NOT required.
