About The Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Payroll & Inventory Administrator to join our dealership team. This role supports critical back-office functions including payroll administration, vehicle inventory controls, and wholesale processing. If you have automotive experience and enjoy keeping systems accurate, compliant, and running smoothly, we'd love to connect.

Requirements

  • Automotive dealership experience REQUIRED
  • Experience with payroll, inventory, or dealership accounting functions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with DMS platforms (Tekion, CDK, Reynolds, etc.) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Payroll Administration Support dealership payroll processing in compliance with wage and hour requirements
  • Maintain payroll records, timekeeping data, and deductions
  • Assist with commission uploads, adjustments, and payroll reporting
  • Assist with Benefit administration
  • Maintain accurate new and used vehicle inventory records in the Reconcile inventory schedules and track in-transit, delivered, and sold units
  • Support monthly inventory reconciliations and audits
  • Process wholesale transactions and related documentation
  • Coordinate payoffs, titles, and funding with internal teams and auction partners
  • Maintain organized and accurate records
