About The Position

Capital CJDR of Garner is seeking a dependable and motivated Automotive Parts Warehouse Associate to join our Parts Warehouse team in Wake Forest! In this role, you'll help keep our parts operation running efficiently by receiving, organizing, and distributing inventory that supports multiple Capital dealerships. Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive parts or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is a plus.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Forklift and/or order picker certification is preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to obtain certification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from inventory and deliver them to the appropriate area for processing and distribution.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts while maintaining an organized warehouse.
• Verify shipment quantities and document any discrepancies.
• Pack and prepare parts for shipping or delivery with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process manufacturer return claims and issue credits.
• Assist with verifying invoices, delivery receipts, and driver manifests.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
