About The Position

Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Parts Stock Clerk to join our outstanding Parts Department. As a valued member of our parts team, you'll play a critical role in keeping our service department running efficiently by ensuring parts are received, organized, stocked, and delivered accurately.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 pounds.
High school diploma or GED required.

Previous automotive parts experience preferred (1+ year).

Responsibilities

Receive and check in stock orders, then stock parts in the correct bin locations.
Pull and distribute parts orders for technicians in a timely manner.
Receive, reconcile, and properly locate shipments from outside vendors.
Pick up parts from local vendors using a company vehicle when needed.
Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient Parts Department.
Deliver and pick up parts and equipment for customers, wholesale accounts, satellite stores, and vendors.
Verify invoices against purchase orders for all pickups and deliveries.
Process and verify payments received with delivery invoices.
Maintain accurate records of daily deliveries and pickups, including recipient signatures.
Unload delivery vehicles and ensure all paperwork and undelivered parts are properly returned and processed.
