About The Position

The Parts Returns Claim Specialist plays a vital role in the accurate and efficient handling of returned parts within our Wholesale Parts department. This position manages return orders, issues customer credits, and maximizes manufacturer return claims to help reduce scrap. The specialist also supports daily operations by processing parts orders, fulfilling internal dealership requests, handling customer cores, and submitting warranty claims. They collaborate with inside sales to address inventory questions, process returns from drivers, match purchase orders, and maintain bin accuracy. The role also includes unloading, transporting, and stocking parts in the warehouse using equipment such as a wave machine, forklift, and stock chaser, while consistently following established procedures to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment screenings; background check drug screening physical lift test
