Requirements
- Sales experience a plus
- Strong customer service & leadership skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass drug screen & background check

- 2+ years automotive parts management experience
Responsibilities
- Run the Parts Department (retail & wholesale)
- Keep inventory tight and parts flowing
- Work closely with Service to keep repairs moving
- Train, lead, and motivate your parts team
- Price parts accurately and keep systems up to date
- Keep customers happy and operations compliant
