Responsibilities

Lead all daily Parts Department operations.
Maintain the right inventory at the right time.
Improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Work closely with Fixed Operations leadership to create an exceptional customer experience.
Coach and develop your team to perform at a high level.
Monitor KPIs and create action plans that deliver measurable results.
