Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years automotive parts experience required
- Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Support the parts and service teams by assisting with estimates, sourcing parts, and meeting technician needs
- Pull, stage, and deliver parts to ensure efficient service workflow and minimize downtime
- Run parts between departments and perform local parts pickups as needed
- Assist with parts returns, core processing, and warranty part handling
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the dealer management system
- Help receive, stock, and organize parts inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory counts, labeling, and maintaining a clean, organized parts area
- Support overall shop flow by delivering tools, parts, and supplies as needed
- Assist with vehicle movement, lot organization, and basic cleanup
- Provide shuttle support for customers when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, parts department, and company vehicles
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support daily operations
