Position Summary The Fixed Operations Assistant supports the Service and Parts departments by helping maintain an organized, efficient, team member and customer-friendly environment. This role assists with vehicle movement, customer transportation, facility upkeep, and general support tasks that help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate automatic and manual vehicles preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong reliability and willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with shop cleaning and service drive cleaning to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
  • Perform basic facility maintenance and help keep service and parts areas clean and organized.
  • Serve as a lot porter, moving vehicles as needed for service technicians and service operations.
  • Complete parts pickups and delivery runs to support the Parts Department.
  • Clean and maintain service loaner vehicles, ensuring they are presentable and ready for customer use.
  • Perform new vehicle battery maintenance to ensure inventory vehicles remain ready for sale.
  • Provide shuttle service for customers, including pickup and delivery of customers and vehicles when needed.
  • Assist service advisors, technicians, and parts staff with miscellaneous support tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
