About The Position

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Driver / Customer Service Associate! We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual eager to grow in a fast-paced environment at our Lake Mills, WI location. This role is primarily focused on delivering automotive parts to our customers while also supporting store operations and assisting customers when needed. Automotive parts knowledge is a plus, but a willingness to learn and provide excellent service is what matters most. This position offers hands-on experience, professional growth opportunities, and a chance to contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service every day.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Must have had valid license for a minimum of 2 years
• No major violations
• No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, and in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age.
• No more than one at-fault accident
• Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
• Pass Background Check & Drug Screen
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.
• Customer focused with strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive parts knowledge or industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Previous 2 years experience in automotive field A Plus

Responsibilities

• Promptly and safely deliver ordered parts to customers using an authorized company vehicle.
• Ensure accurate and timely deliveries using our DASH delivery system.
• Serve as the face of our company by creating positive experiences with every customer interaction.
• Conduct all activities with a customer-focused mindset, providing efficient and accurate service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries, order processing, and product recommendations.
• Develop knowledge of the parts and services we provide to better support customer needs.
• Support our "Never Say No" commitment by presenting customers with all available product options and solutions.
• Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Contribute to daily store operations by processing returns, stocking merchandise, and supporting team members as needed.
• Help train and support newer store personnel when appropriate.
