About The Position
Our Auto Value store of Pontiac, MI is currently seeking a person for a Part-Time local Non-CDL stocker/delivery driver position. This is a customer service position with many training opportunities for career advancement. A company vehicle is provided for this position. This is a day shift position. The shift time is Monday-Friday, 8 am-1 pm with no weekends. Light stocking work will be required.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (No Major Violations and only one minor violation in last three years)
- Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
- Pass Physical & Drug Screen
- Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms
- Interest in Automotive Car Care
Responsibilities
- Handle yourself as a professional, set an example
- Good store communications with customer service follow-up
- Lift Merchandise up to 50 pounds with both hands for deliveries
- Record and process Customer returns
- Familiarity with local area roadways
- Always tell the customer what you can do for them
- Work with delivery system for top notch service
- Notify manager of any problems with customers
- Store appearance (clean & organized)
- Help train less experienced team members
- Keep management informed of competition
