About The Position

Full Time Opening For Busy Automotive Parts Counterperson - Wholesale Dealer. Ford/Hyundai Retail and Wholesale experience preferred. Body Shop, Ford, Hyundai experience is a plus! Salary plus commission - $60,000+ Experience with CCC, Repairlink, Collision Link and OPSTRAX a plus!

• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Past experience as a parts counter person / consultant is a must
• Above average energy level
• A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity

Nice To Haves

• Ford/Hyundai Retail and Wholesale experience
• Body Shop, Ford, Hyundai experience
• Experience with CCC, Repairlink, Collision Link and OPSTRAX
• ADP / CDK computer experience

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Determine and recommend needed parts based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each part / order throughout the day, and updating customers as needed
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the parts sold
