Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and service technicians promptly and professionally (both on the phone and in person)
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the availability of parts
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with service technicians to fulfill parts orders and ensure timely delivery
- Keep the parts department organized, clean, and well-stocked
- Provide technical support and product information as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous manner
