About The Position
We are seeking an Automotive Parts Counter Specialist knowledgeable in automotive parts and accessories. This role involves assisting customers in person or by phone, locating parts within inventory or through external sources, and coordinating deliveries and installations. The specialist is also responsible for receiving, stocking parts, and maintaining the parts warehouse.
Requirements
- Previous automotive parts experience is preferred
- Professional, dependable, and customer service oriented
- Friendly attitude with excellent communication skills
- Strong internet and computer proficiency
- Ability to read and understand instructions clearly
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Dealership experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Receive and stock incoming automotive parts and accessories
- Locate parts and arrange installation as needed
- Monitor parts inventory and maintain organized storage areas
- Stay current with knowledge of vehicles, accessories, and promotions
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and reports
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of parts following company procedures
- Keep warehouse clean and maintain housekeeping standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
