In our 100th plus year, the Mitchell Auto Group operates seven locations in Hartford, Windsor, Canton & Simsbury Connecticut and is in need of an additional member for our Volovo Parts Department. Excellent opportunity for one results driven individual that excels at customer service looking to represent one of the fastest growing brands. Requirements
- Proven track record demonstrating high customer satisfaction scores
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
- Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
Nice To Haves
- Previous Parts Advisor experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ability to form, grow and coach a team
- Ability to manage Key Performance Indicators to improve results
