About The Position
Flow Honda of Winston Salem is seeking a part time receptionist. Candidates should have experience as a receptionist, be professional, able to multitask, and have reliable transportation. The hours for this position are Thursdays: 3pm - 7pm, Fridays: 3pm - 7pm, and Saturdays: 9am - 6pm. Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and transferring to correct department as needed
- Assist customers checking in for their sales or service appointments
- Data entry
- Basic clerical duties
- Keeping front desk area and waiting lounge clean and stocked
- Occasionally inputting repair orders into our service system
- Assisting the sales, service, and leadership teams wherever needed
