About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. This role involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. The position requires travel to customer locations or working at an assigned site. Responsibilities include reviewing completed work with customers, managing walk lots, writing work orders, and negotiating approvals. The company emphasizes building strong customer relationships and promoting their services. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
