We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician Trainee. This role offers comprehensive paid training, with no prior experience required. Training is compensated at an hourly rate, transitioning to a hybrid compensation of hourly rate and commission as you progress. This role offers uncapped earning potential, with long-term earning potential between $60,000-$150,000+.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process on various vehicles.
Review completed work with customers.
Perform walk-throughs of vehicle lots.
Write work orders.
Negotiate approvals for repairs.
Build strong customer relationships and promote Dent Wizard's services.
