About The Position
Transteck, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Painter for their Freightliner of Hagerstown Body Shop. Transteck is one of the largest Freightliner Truck dealers in the United States with 14 locations and 4 body shops, over 200 trained technicians, and significant parts inventory. They offer state-of-the-art facilities, best-in-class training, and opportunities for advancement. The company provides a laundry service for uniforms, job-specific PPE, a boot allowance, and prescription safety glasses.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Body shop experience preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Sand, prep and paint replacement parts
- Pre-fit parts
- Maintain paint booth and mixing room
- Perform assigned daily tasks
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
