About The Position

Morgan Truck Body is recruiting current members of the U.S. Armed Forces, veterans, and transitioning service members for an on-site Automotive Painter position in Rydal, Georgia; Janesville, Wisconsin; or Morgantown, Pennsylvania. The company is a Department of Defense SkillBridge partner. The role transforms raw builds into finished, road-ready trucks by preparing surfaces and applying high-quality finishes to customer specifications. Painters work on truck bodies, chassis, cabs, trailers, and tractors, and may apply a variety of colors and finishes. The position is based in a fast-paced manufacturing plant and requires in-person work; remote and hybrid arrangements are unavailable. Morgan says it promotes almost 100% of its production leaders from within, with many beginning in painter, welder, or general laborer/assembler roles. The company describes its culture as grounded in celebrating people, integrity, delivering results, and working with passion.
