About The Position

Carvana is seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Painter to join their team. This role involves priming vehicles, performing final sanding before painting, and tasks such as buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrushing. Carvana is the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and offers a high-tech Inspection Center environment. For entry-level positions, training programs are available to support skill and pay progression.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
