About The Position

We are looking for Auto Painters with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience to join our team at Carvana. As a Mid-Level Painter, you will be responsible for matching and mixing paint colors and using water-based paint to paint vehicles inside our paint booths. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

• Experience with mandatory overtime based on business needs.
