About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Automotive Painter for its Service Center in Bedford. The role performs painting duties in a collision center, including preparing tints to match paint colors and mixing paint. The painter ensures formulations, preparations, top coating, and curing meet OEM-recommended standards for application sequence, timing, and materials usage. Before returning a vehicle to the body technician, the painter ensures paint operations are complete, masking is removed, and paint-related disassembly has been reassembled.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.

Nice To Haves

Auto Body certificate.
ASE certification in refinishing.
