About The Position

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking a skilled Automotive Paint Repair Technician to join our team. Established in 1994, our company provides top-notch automotive reconditioning services for dealerships nationwide. We specialize in detailing, ceramic coating, window tinting, paintless dent repair, and wheel repair, with a strong focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction. This role involves performing various paint repair tasks within a dealership environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Automotive paint experience REQUIRED
• Must be willing to work on an On-site mobile type dealership environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Dupont / Spies experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Bumper and panel painting
• Spot panel blend and clear blending
• Paint touch-up and chip repair
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs and body damage repair
• Headlight reconditioning
• Perform other duties as assigned
