About The Position
The Automotive Paint Repair Technician will be responsible for various paint repair tasks on vehicles, including bumper and panel painting, spot panel blending, clear blending, and paint touch-up and chip repair. This role also involves performing minor cosmetic repairs and body damage repair, as well as headlight reconditioning. The technician will work in a dealership environment and may perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Automotive paint experience REQUIRED
- Must be willing to work on an On-site mobile type dealership environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
- Positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Dupont / Spies experience preferred but not required
