Dent Wizard is hiring an entry-level Automotive Paint Correction Specialist and provides paid training. The role involves identifying and correcting automotive paint defects—including scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, and other blemishes—using Dent Wizard’s proprietary techniques and tools to deliver quality results and customer satisfaction. The position is commission-based, with uncapped earning potential. Advertised first-year earning potential is $45,000–$60,000, and long-term earning potential is $60,000–$110,000+. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance. The starting compensation is expected to be $21.00 per hour; compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Specialists travel to customers, assess vehicles, perform paint correction and touch-up work, and explain the process and expected results to customers. They aim for same-day service and contribute to route productivity, with a target of 8–10 vehicles per day. The role includes ongoing training in paint techniques, color matching systems, and certifications with PPG, BASF, and other providers. A career path includes five levels from Senior Tech to World-Class Tech, with bonuses and recognition at each step. The role offers independence in managing the workday, along with team support. Tools and supplies, a company vehicle, a gas card, and a mobile phone are provided. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off or vacation, and a 401(k) match. A sign-on bonus may be included subject to applicable terms and conditions.
