About The Position

We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Lube Technicians. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning about cars, and building skills for a future automotive career. You’ll work in a fast-paced automotive service environment helping customers maintain their vehicles while learning valuable mechanical skills.

Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and move throughout the workday
All technicians must successfully complete the company Lube Technician training program.

Nice To Haves

Automotive or mechanical experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance
Check and refill vehicle fluids and air tires
Replace filters and inspect basic vehicle components
Perform transmission, radiator, and differential services
Enter customer and vehicle information into the computer system
Explain services to customers and answer questions
Process payments for services
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow company safety procedures
Assist with other shop duties as needed
Team members rotate through several roles including Upper Bay Technician, Lower Bay Technician, Greeter, and Cashier.
