Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain office systems, such as filing, record-keeping, and document management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and equipment, replenishing as necessary.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
  • Prepare financial reports and budgets, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the accounting department to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage payroll processes and employee compensation, including timekeeping and benefits administration.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, conducting interviews and orientation sessions as needed.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee development initiatives, such as training programs and performance evaluations.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers, seeking cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, monitoring performance and resolving issues as needed.
  • Review and approve invoices and payments to vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
