About The Position
Global Auto Mall (Genesis, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia) is seeking an experienced full-time Motor Vehicle Clerk.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience processing automotive titles and registrations required
- Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all state paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Ensure that all online registrations are processed in a timely manner and follow state guidelines.
- Responsible for submitting original paperwork to our out of state vendor if applicable.
- Obtain all dealer titles.
- Organize and manage deal jackets, title documents, and lien releases.
- Follow up on all payoff titles to ensure they are received by the dealership.
- Filing required forms with the state on a weekly basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
