About The Position

CAPITAL Ford of Charlotte is seeking a skilled and versatile Automotive Mobile Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site automotive maintenance and repair services to customers. The Mobile Technician should have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a mobile service unit. Requirements

Experience as an Automotive Technician, with a focus on mobile services preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must pass pre-employment background screenings

Nice To Haves

ASE certification or relevant technical certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations to perform on-site automotive maintenance and repair services
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, on various vehicle makes and models
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty or worn-out components, such as belts, hoses, brakes, and exhaust systems
Explain repair recommendations, provide estimates, and answer any customer inquiries
Manage and maintain an inventory of necessary tools, parts, and equipment
Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards
