About The Position

Caliber Auto Glass has an immediate job opening for a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to perform all-purpose duties. This role involves replacing automotive glass according to quality standards, performing repairs on damaged glass, conducting pre and post-inspection with the customer, utilizing various tools and scanning equipment, and completing repair orders on a mobile device. The technician will also be responsible for removing and installing trim panels and interior parts without causing damage, and effectively prioritizing and managing time to complete daily tasks.

Requirements

• Be at least 21+ years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification
