About The Position

Caliber Auto Glass has an immediate job opening for a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to perform all-purpose duties. This role involves the replacement of automotive glass following quality standards, performing repairs on damaged glass, conducting pre and post-inspections with customers, and utilizing various tools and scanning equipment. The technician will also complete documentation of repair orders on a mobile device, and must be able to remove and install trim panels and interior parts without causing damage. Effective prioritization and time management are essential to complete daily tasks.

Requirements

• Be at least 21+ years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification
