About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and be proficient in maintaining and repairing various types of machinery and equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring that all mechanical systems are functioning efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive repair or similar mechanical fields.
- Familiarity with rental industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of schematics and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, HVAC systems, and brake repair techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our rental vehicles.
- Assemble and disassemble machinery as needed for repairs or upgrades.
- Conduct brake repairs and alignments to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose mechanical issues accurately.
- Work with hydraulic systems, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
