Requirements

• Previous experience as an automotive technician/mechanic (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Own tools (preferred)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who wants to grow with the dealership

Nice To Haves

• Ford certification (a plus, but not required — we will train the right person)

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles and other makes
• Complete work efficiently and accurately the first time
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors
• Perform multi-point inspections and identify additional service opportunities
• Stay up to date with Ford systems, tools, and training
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
