Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in the automotive field with a focus on diagnostics and repairs preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A methodical, detail-oriented approach to every task.

Responsibilities

  • Use computerized diagnostic tools, gauges, and precision instruments to test and analyze issues.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance: oil changes, fluid services, tune-ups, spark plugs, filters, etc.
  • Align wheels, axles, and steering components with specialized alignment equipment.
  • Repair and adjust brakes, steering, and suspension systems.
  • Tear down and rebuild components like starters, alternators, A/C systems, and power assemblies.
  • Rewire electrical systems, troubleshoot ignition, fuel, and emissions controls.
  • Service hybrid and fuel-efficient vehicles, including sensors and electronic modules.
  • Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Follow repair checklists, work plans, and technical manuals.
  • Communicate findings and estimates to service advisors and assist teammates when needed.
  • Keep work area clean and organized; take full responsibility and pride in your work.
