Requirements
- Sufficient years of experience in auto mechanics and diagnostics
- Experienced in making auto repairs, test repairs, and vehicle alignments in a timely manner
- Demonstrate the ability to set and achieve performance goals for the shop as a whole and individually
- Ability to recommend services
- Work well under pressure
