We are growing and looking for Experienced Automotive Mechanics/Technicians to work with our High Volume Toyota Dealership! Our Service Technicians should be passionate about customer service, take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about employees.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Tools based on your experience.
- Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
- Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals
Nice To Haves
- Experienced Technician will be a Plus!
- Used Car Experience is Preferred
- 2 Years Flag Rate Technician Preferred
- A Love of Everything Automotive
- A Positive & Friendly Attitude
Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communicate with the Service Advisor to obtain and clarify customer needs.
- Provide estimates for all required services.
- Inspect and test new vehicles and perform pre-delivery inspection.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Road test vehicles to ensure quality of repair.
- Document work performed on the repair order and present it to the Service Advisor at the end of the repair.
- Attend factory-recommended trainings and be up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies.
