About The Position
JP Euro, a leading European and exotic auto repair shop, is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Master Technician to join their elite team. This role is for individuals who specialize in European vehicles, are passionate about precision, thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, and take pride in quality craftsmanship. The position offers a salary range of $100,000–$160,000, based on experience, and operates with no weekends.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on, master-level experience with European vehicles
- Strong specialization and experience with European vehicles
- Deep knowledge of diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
- A “fix it right the first time” mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Great communication and a team-first attitude
- A valid driver's license and legal ability to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check & MVR screening
Responsibilities
- Perform expert diagnostics and repairs with a focus on European vehicles
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts staff to deliver exceptional results
