Requirements
- Prior automotive technician experience
- Strong knack for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Master Certification with ASE, Honda, or Acura
- Driven to produce high-quality work every day, focusing heavily on "fixing it right the first time" to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
- Go-to resource in the shop, ready to answer questions regarding vehicles and dealership procedures.
- Highly motivated to utilize our training programs to maintain your Master Technician certification or expand your expert status!
Responsibilities
- Perform factory-scheduled maintenance and execute precise Acura diagnostic and repair procedures.
- Test-drive vehicles to accurately identify and diagnose customer concerns.
- Partner and communicate seamlessly with Service Advisors regarding required repairs and additional vehicle needs.
- Work collaboratively as a team player alongside our service department professionals.
- Actively participate in training classes to continuously advance your technical knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest Acura product innovations.
- Maintain effective communication, strong organizational skills, and a relentless focus on providing a world-class service experience.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
