In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive mechanical expertise and diagnostic skills to perform complex repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your proficiency in automotive electrical systems, powertrain repairs, and advanced diagnostics will drive customer satisfaction and uphold our commitment to excellence. Requirements

  • Proven mechanic experience working on all brands of Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles back to the 2001 model year.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, electronic systems, and ADAS.
  • Expertise in diesel engine repair a plus, powertrain systems, alignment procedures, and vehicle maintenance routines required.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive service tools.
  • Deep understanding of automotive electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to our clients and advisors.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in diesel engine repair a plus

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and technical manuals, ensuring accurate troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Perform comprehensive repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, powertrains, and other major vehicle components with attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Conduct wheel alignments, ADAS calibrations, and vehicle maintenance services to enhance safety and driving performance.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to execute repairs efficiently.
  • Interpret automotive electrical systems schematics and wiring diagrams to diagnose complex electrical faults accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
