Requirements
- Master-level technician experience (Hyundai certification preferred but not required)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work on a flat rate system
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Hyundai certification preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Hyundai vehicles and other makes
- Efficiently complete work orders while maintaining high-quality standards
- Accurately document all services and repairs
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay current on new technology and repair techniques
