About The Position
We are looking for the best technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers. Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first. All 300+ CBA locations offer a modern facility equipped with manufacture-level diagnostic equipment and the latest factory scan tools. CBA shops also offer their technicians a consistent workload, free training, full-time live technician support and access to our private Technician Assistance Center.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work hard while having a have a positive attitude and a desire to serve others
- Must be honest, ethical and represent the best of the industry
- Must be accountable and hold themselves and others to the highest of standards
- 10+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Current ASE Certifications 1-8, L1 (preferred)
- Diagnostic Genius
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Must have a clean driving record and be insurable
- Efficiently navigate a computer
