Requirements

5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
ASE Master Certification (required)
Valid, insurable driver’s license
Advanced diagnostic and repair expertise — especially in electrical and drivability systems
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
A team-first attitude and passion for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Perform precise diagnostics and high-quality repairs across all vehicle systems
Lead by example — mentor B-level and entry technicians, fostering teamwork and skill development
Collaborate with Service Advisors to ensure seamless communication and top-tier customer satisfaction
Uphold factory and dealership standards for safety, accuracy, and efficiency
Maintain a clean, professional workspace that reflects your pride and craftsmanship
Occasionally assist with inter-store or off-site service needs using company vehicles
