Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Interest in automotive service or mechanical work (entry-level welcome)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in a shop environment

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid services
• Check and maintain tire pressure and tread condition
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids
• Follow repair orders and dealership procedures accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Department as needed
• Use tools and equipment safely and properly
• Assist with basic vehicle inspections
• Support overall shop efficiency and workflow
• Test-drive vehicles when required
