As an Automotive Lube Technician , you will perform routine maintenance and service tasks according to established procedures. You will play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and dependability
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Basic computer and internet skills
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand for long periods, and lift heavy objects as required

Nice To Haves

Prior automotive experience or training is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and check all vehicle fluids including brake, transmission, power steering, coolant, and windshield wiper fluids
Rotate tires and inspect tire pressure and condition
Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and complete routine service tasks
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service or repairs
Ensure all required documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations
Support shop appearance and adhere to safety and environmental standards
Assist with inventory management and general shop duties
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
